Remaining ahead of the curve and investing in the right resources and skillsets to meet the requirements of the future of work is crucial – particularly for the people function who are tasked with bringing in and retaining core talent.

While casting an eye over the day-to-day operations of the business is important, HR should be looking ahead and defining long-term strategic goals to spur the business on. This includes upskilling the HR function itself to help them work smarter and better.
