Royal treatment | Kate Middleton praised for being a great boss

Working for a boss who listens to their employees and offers up advice and support is quite possibly every employees dream, and it seems that for some this is a reality.

Kate Middleton has been praised for the ‘loyal’ way she looks after her staff, with aids claiming that the Duchess of Cambridge is a very good boss who treats employees with respect.

“She wants everybody’s voice to be heard,” a source told the Mail on Sunday’s YOU magazine. “That means she takes the time to listen to ideas from the most junior members of her team. Afterwards they’ll say ‘wow, she knows my name and she asked me what I thought’.”

Insiders went on to reveal that the Duchess is keen to support each and every one of her staff members and is also quick to recognise that mistakes happen.
