As the dedicated people function, dealing with employee gripes is a big part of HR’s remit.

As an HR function, it is their responsibility to try and mediate while also getting to the root cause of the problem to avoid future conflict from arising. While each HR honcho will have adopted a different style of dealing with employee complaints, HR Grapevine has collated five common employee complaints and how HR can deal with them effectively:

It’s common knowledge that we all go to work to get paid, right? Therefore, it is unsurprising that a common complaint heard by HR is about employee pay.
