Employer asks candidate 'to go braless'

A job interview provides an employer with an opportunity to gauge how well the candidate may work under pressure and whether they will be able to carry out the tasks required of them.

As such, hiring managers will ask intense questions to find out if the job hopeful is a good fit, however one employer has gone one step too far with his inappropriate interview question.

During an interview with a city councillor at a Starbucks, a jobseeker revealed that she was asked if she would be comfortable not wearing a bra to work events, reported CBC.

She said that Coun. Rick Chiarelli asked her if she would also be open to wearing costumes to events and alleged that the he then showed her a photo of a former employee dressed up in a revealing outfit.
