Firing an employee is a difficult experience and is something that most people managers will hope that they rarely have to practice.
As Kristi Hedges, Leadership Coach and Author of The Power of Presence told Money CNN: “No one likes to fire people, it doesn’t matter how successful or high up they are.” Yet, if an employee is consistently a poor performer, has stolen company property, or is continually breaching company policy then there may be grounds for dismissal.
