Do you work in one of the UK's 'wokest' cities?

Oxford, Brighton & Hove and Bath have been identified as the top three most ‘woke’ cities to live and work in the UK, new research has found.

The study, which was conducted by financial firm Bankrate, assessed various elements of the living and working lives of 50 different UK cities' residents, all of which are determined to be exceptionally 'woke'.

What is 'wokeness'?

Whilst the term may be unfamiliar to some generations, being 'woke' literally means being socially and politically attentive to your views. Often applied to political correctness, the slang term defines an individual who will stand up for social justice and not tolerate political incorrectness or racism.
