Best cities for work-life balance

Work-life balance is one of the most important factors for employees, as more staff members seek to work with businesses who promote a healthy balance between the two.

It seems that more companies are taking this on board as a list of the best cities for work-life balance in 2019 has been announced.

Tech firm Kisi has released a study that revealed Helsinki, Munich and Oslo as the best cities for promoting the most holistic work-life balance.

Forty cities that were best known for attracting professionals and families for their work opportunities and diverse lifestyle offerings were included in the research. Each was then evaluated based on factors including total working hours, commuting, holiday days taken and paid maternity leave.
