'Fear and constant turnover' - is this the worst company to work for?

With a CEO known to make rash decisions and fire people on the spot, London-based travel and entertainment site Culture Trip has quickly gained a reputation as being one of the most toxic workplaces.

In a scathing report released by Wired, former employees have revealed some of the most shocking horror stories during their time at the firm, where Founder and CEO Kris Naudts has come under immense scrutiny.

Known for his unpredictable behaviour, Naudts requested to rearrange the desks in the US office in the middle of the workday. At the time, the US Editorial Lead who was the most senior member of staff, refused to carry out the task.

After refusing, she had then been called into a meeting with the CEO and a colleague from the sales team; she then started to lay out post-it notes to represent the desks. Naudts then went to pick up the notes, screwed them into a ball and threw them at his employee, laughing while doing so, sources claimed.
