How a person deals with their inbox can say a lot about someone’s personality.
There are those who choose to watch the amount of emails mount up to unmanageable amount without even batting an eyelid, whereas others read every email instantly out of sheer anxiety to avoid the unread number ever creeping above ten.
However, according to Richard Moran, CEO of consultancy Frost & Sullivan, the way someone manages their inbox is in fact an underrated workplace virtue, reported Business Insider.
For example, if employees do not respond to emails, colleagues may perceive them as unorganised and lazy. But someone’s email management strategy can depend purely on their professions, and the standard flow of emails in an office.
