Pride | The most inclusive LGBT+ industries & regions

Healthcare and nursing, engineering and voluntary roles topped the list of most inclusive LGBT+ industries in the UK.

The research from Adzuna found that the healthcare and engineering industries, in particular, saw a notable increase in LGBT+ inclusive roles between 2018 and 2019, with those industries making a conscious effort to promote equality and diversity.

Andrew Hunter, Co-Founder of Adzuna, commented: “Discrimination against the LGBTQ+ community is still sadly alive in the UK, but the number of employers actively seeking or supporting employees from the LGBTQ+ community has increased notably, showing a welcome shift towards inclusivity and diversity in the workforce.
