WeWork Companies and its Head of HR are being sued for sexual harassment, gender discrimination and equal pay violations as well as retaliation alongside aiding and abetting discrimination.
Jennifer Berrent, who is, according to her LinkedIn profile, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Culture Officer and Chief Legal Officer at the shared workspace firm was named specifically in court filings made in New York.
Unequal pay
Lisa Bridges, who was hired to be Senior Vice President and Global Head of Total Rewards at WeWork, is suing WeWork for the three things: gender discrimination, harassment and equal pay violations.
