As the rollout of tech within the workplace becomes ever more prominent, it seems more HR and recruitment leaders have begun to adopt artificial intelligence (AI).
Used to improve HR efficiency, recruitment process and enhance employee experience, research firm Gartner has identified the three most common use cases.
These include talent acquisition, voice of the employee and HR virtual assistants.

“There is a fair number of HR leaders who are interested in applying AI across areas such as talent management, HR service delivery and workforce management,” said Helen Poitevin, Research VP at Gartner.
