Dominic Raab, ex-Brexit Secretary and Tory leadership contestant, is making headlines for sharing controversial opinions on one of HR’s most sensitive areas – gender quality.

As he aims to be the next Prime Minster, Raab’s record is under scrutiny – with Buzzfeed unearthing controversial comments made about gender pay, workplace equality and female Directors.

Though Raab has more recently made comments about improving maternity care, earnest HR practitioners might be worried about some of Raab’s historic views on equality in the workplace.
