Wage cut threat for staff failing to do harassment training

Google employees face the threat of docked wages if they fail to complete sexual harassment training – The Telegraph reports.

The training comes after a string of wrongdoing scandals associated with the company. The publication reports that permanent US employees will be forced to take an interactive sexual harassment tutorial that is being piloted before being rolled out on a global scale. According to reports, any employees refusing to take part will have their wages docked.

The training

The Telegraph reports that training will be put in place in time for the next performance review cycle and will be compulsory to their entire global workforce by 2020.
