The meaning of work is often different for many employees; however, it seems that pay transparency and a four-day working week is a priority for many.

Global job site Indeed’s The Meaning of Work study has analysed jobseeker trends from the last five years, which has been generated by more than 40million monthly visitors to Indeed, alongside new insights from a YouGov survey of over 2,000 full-time employees.   

The results discovered that workers are ready for a four-day week, as 74% claim they could do their job to the same standard in four days instead of five.
