Culture | UK's Best Workplaces 2019 REVEALED

Hilton, Mars UK, Gap and Salesforce were four of the businesses listed in the UK's Best Workplaces 2019 report compiled by Great Place to Work.

The awards, which were announced at a gala dinner ceremony on Wednesday, recognise the UK’s best companies and their strength of leadership, innovation and effectiveness of HR strategy to create an outstanding company culture.

The listing categorised firms based on the number of employees, including small (20-50 employees), medium (51-250 employees), large (251-1,000 employees) and super large (1,000+ employees). The ranking process involves a survey of all employees as well as an audit into the organisation’s management and HR practice.

Hilton ranked as the third best place to work in the UK in the new ‘super large' category.
