Job satisfaction | 50% of UK employees choose job happiness over THIS

More than 50% of UK employees choose job happiness over the size of their pay cheque, new research has found.

The study, conducted by Wrike in its ‘From Positivity to Productivity: Exposing the Truth Behind Workplace Happiness’ report, found that the 54% of UK respondents have willingly taken a pay cut to accept a job that has made them happier.
