Microsoft slammed for 'discriminatory hiring'

When recruiting for a new role, employers are encouraged to give all candidates – regardless of their gender or ethnicity – an equal opportunity to apply and proceed to the interview stage if they are deemed suitable for the role.

While this is a top consideration for most HR departments, it seems that one firm in particular has come under scrutiny over claims that their hiring process is discriminatory.
