WhatsApp is a common platform favoured by organisations to help employees communicate with one another. Most of the time, employees adhere to chat rules, keep content clean and relevant to work.
However, a senior gym instructor is being investigated over claims that he messaged a work WhatsApp group suggesting that female attendees should be sexually assaulted for not turning up to a gym class, reported Metro.

Accused Ross Brain reportedly sent a message to colleagues before Christmas that discussed the potential forfeits for women who had signed up for a six-week fitness bootcamp but failed to show up to morning sessions.
Colleagues at the Pleasance Sports Centre, who were predominantly women, were said to have ignored previous messages, which probed Brain to send a second message. It read: “No-one up for this then?”
