Jobs at Google are high in demand with the firm receiving on average three million applications a year.
It’s no surprise to hear then that the tech giant has consistently been ranked as one of the top companies to work for.
Despite this popularity and keenness from jobseekers, Google has an acceptance rate of just 0.2% – so why isn’t the tech firm welcoming more talent through its doors?
It seems it could all be down to its rigorous hiring process, reported CNBC. Over on the company’s careers page it states that there are three simple steps to becoming a Googler; Apply. Interview. Decide.
