Two thirds of Brits don't receive work perks

New research conducted by CV-Library has revealed that almost two thirds of British employers don’t receive work perks or benefits.

The survey of 1,200 UK professionals found that this staggering figure was despite 84.9% of employers believing that work perks are crucial.

The work perks that employees were keen to receive included flexible working (55.8%) despite just four in ten receiving flexible working patterns. 57.6% of UK workers receive staff discounts though just 38.7% of respondents value this perk.
