Billionaire calls on employees to work 12-hour shifts 6 days a week

According to Gov.uk, British workers can’t work more than 48 hours per week on average, unless they choose to work overtime by opting out of the 48-hour week.

Many UK employers have recognised the importance of opting for a reasonable working week to ensure that their staff feel recuperated and productive each day they turn up for work.

However, one billionaire businessman has hit the headlines with a counter argument that has left many people stunned.

Alibaba’s Founder and Executive Chairman, Jack Ma – who has been dubbed China’s wealthiest man with an estimated worth of £24.4billion – has said that employees should work 12-hour shifts, six days a week.
