April marks Stress Awareness Month, where employers are encouraged to increase the awareness of how stress can have a detrimental impact on staff.
Earlier this year HR Grapevine reported that nearly 600,000 workers suffered from work-related stress, depression or anxiety in 2018, following research carried out by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
