A former Nando’s employee claimed that she considered taking her own life after she was suspended from her job over accusations of inappropriate behaviour – Wales Online reported.
Thirty-nine-year-old Lauren Kelly, who worked as a supervisor at the firm’s Swansea franchise, was suspended in March 2017 after her superiors became aware of numerous allegations made against her.

She said at an employment tribunal: “I was utterly devastated. I have never felt so down in my entire life and had no idea who had made the allegations.
“I was told to leave the restaurant. By doing that, Nando’s failed in their duty of care.
