If you’re planning on starting a business in Bedfordshire you might want to think twice – that is if you don’t want your business to literally go up in flames.

New statistics have shone a light on the most dangerous regions for businesses – based on how many fires were attended to in offices, warehouses and factories.

Bedfordshire came out top, with Tyne and Wear in second place and Staffordshire in third.

Angela Murphy, Media Specialist at safety charity Electrical Safety First explained that businesses face many dangers.
