Sitka Recruitment | Ex-Hays Boss expands rec business to meet demand

Since its launch three years ago, Sitka Recruitment is expanding its business to meet the growing demand in the Welsh market.

Founded by two industry veterans, Ita Mc-Neil Jones and Karen Birch, who previously worked at Hays, the company is responsible for hiring directors, managers, and professionals in South Wales for HR, marketing, finance and business development roles.

Now, the company has expanded into new offices in the Maltings and has launched a brand new user-focused website, reported Business News Wales.

Plus the firm has also appointed a third recruitment partner to help manage the growing demand. Jenny Griffiths will utilise her 14 years of experience in the field of recruitment in the expansion of the rec firm.
