One of the biggest pitfalls in modern-day businesses is failing to recognise the importance of the “people” functions like HR. The department is often shunned with many unwarranted perceptions, according to thebalancecareers.com.

This perception, coupled with a poor representation of women holding senior positions and boardroom seats in most business, has arguably made it a challenge for female HR practitioners to climb the ranks internally.
But, employee experience platform Perkbox has combined both of these categories together ahead of International Women’s Day on March 8 2019 to collate a list of who they consider to be the '15 Most Influential Women in HR' this year.
