44% of directors have had no training on workplace harassment

A shocking 44% of business directors have never had any training at all on workplace harassment, found a study conducted by Navex Global. A further 21% have only received one singular training session, the report revealed.

Whilst this issue may well be proviolent at director-level, education surrounding workplace harassment is not limited solely to upper management; the report also revealed that 28% of the UK’s non-managerial workforce have either never been trained or only received one session on workplace harassment and its consequences.

    I agree with John, surely at that level people shouldn't have to have training of what unwanted conduct is?

    Seriously don't believe they need training and surprised there are different forms of harassment . Surely unprofessional unwelcoming conduct is self explanatory. Have come across several organisations who have recently refrained from encouraging or even permitting alcoholic beverages at business corporate events, which is interesting in itself.
