Apple staff reveal culture of fear at company 'black site'

For many years, it was deliberated that Apple’s impressive business success was underpinned by a glowing company culture that boasted business philosophy, values, beliefs and related behaviours among employees.

Their good company culture allowed employees to flourish and work productively which greatly benefitted the business.

Last year, CNBC reported Apple as the best private sector company to work for in the UK, according to research from Indeed. The job site’s list of the 25 Best Employer’s 2018 was compiled using millions of employee reviews posted on Indeed and included both British and over-seas-based firms.

So, it seems that they were doing something right. However, what about company culture in their overseas offices?
