As commute times increase for employees and office space costs rise, allowing employees to work remotely has become an increasingly implemented solution.

Despite a relatively negative professional stigma, statistics for companies who have embraced the growing trend prove, thus far, to be promising.

At this moment in time, nearly 90% of all employees either implement flexible working into their roles or wish that this was an option.

And for businesses allowing professionals to work remotely various studies have found a direct link to working from home and a notable 13% rise in productivity - along with a 50% turnover decrease as workers took shorter breaks and less sick days.
