Resourcing | Glassdoor report reveals 2019's top 25 jobs

The role of Audit Manager is the best job in the UK for 2019, with several HR positions also appearing in the top 25 ranking, according to new research from Glassdoor.

The report highlights the 25 best jobs based on each job’s overall Glassdoor Job Score, which is determined by weighting three key factors equally: earning potential based on median annual base salary, job satisfaction rating and the number of job openings.

While Audit Manager takes the number one spot, HR Manager comes onto the list at number 15, HR Business partner reached number 20, and Engagement Manager hit number 21.

The Glassdoor researchers noted that roles in the technology sector have seen a considerable boost, with six jobs on this year’s list, up from five last year. Data Scientist – the only tech role in the Top 10, has jumped from No. 17 last year to No. 7 with a 4.3 Job Score in 2019.
