Josh Bersin, Founder of Bersin by Deloitte and Global Industry Analyst has revealed that the economy should be a key concern for HR professionals as the new year begins.
“In all my years as an analyst and consultant in the world of HR, there’s one thing I’ve learned: the economy impacts our workforce strategies more than almost anything else,” Bersin wrote on his blog. “And this year, in 2019, the economy is more important than ever.”
