An employee in a ‘trusted’ pharmacy job who cheated her employer out of £60,000 was narrowly spared jail – Wales Online Reports.
Maria Andrade – who worked as an Executive Manager at a pharmacy in Cardiff and swindled her employer out of £60,000 over a two-year period – has been given a two year suspended sentence and ordered to do 300 hours of unpaid work.
The manager reportedly stole perfume before peddling it on eBay, and she fraudulently obtained a £10,000 loan unbeknown to her unsuspecting employer, Raj Aggarwal.

Prosecutor Nigel Fryer said at Newport Crown Court that Andrade – who started working at Central Pharmacy in 2012 - was hired in a “prominent position”.
