Working Hours | Persimmon Homes fined after contractors work on a Sunday

Persimmon Homes has been fined after construction contractors were found to be working on a Sunday morning on a site in Kinross, in breach of planning regulations.

The Courier reports that crews were photographed working at the Lathro Park site on Sunday, December 2. Bosses, who initially said its contractors needed to be on site solely for emergency work, have now apologised and pledged that it won’t happen again.
