HR lessons from Facebook's D&I furore

In PR terms, Facebook are having a terrible year with this week being particularly bad.

Firstly, Zuckerberg was slammed by UK MPs for not turning up to a hearing on fake news and then, as if to top it off, a former employee slammed the social media platform for - as he alleges - talking about diversity and inclusion but failing to practise it in the workplace.

Mark Luckie, a Former Partnerships Manager at Facebook, claims that despite improvements and best efforts from some teams, there is a race problem at the firm.
