With the New Year looming, some people may feel determined to follow the maxim: New Year, New Me.
While it sounds like an easy move to facilitate – ditching your dreary current job for a welcome challenge at a shining new company – the competitive jobs market makes this transition more problematic. And, while a considerable proportion of UK employees admittedly hate their job, it seems many workers are on the brink of a career change in the near future.
New research from CV-Library has revealed that 39.7% of Brits confess to disliking their current job.
The survey of more than 1,000 UK workers found that almost two thirds of workers who dislike their current jobs consider quitting on a daily basis.
