Almost every single worker in the UK is unhappy, with many suffering from ‘Vocation Frustration’ – according to research from Staples.
The researchers found that 97% of British employees feel frustrated at work, and 89% of UK office workers say they think about changing jobs – with one in ten admitting they think about it constantly.
However, swapping jobs might only be a temporary fix to workplace woes, as a third (37%) of respondents said they get frustrated in their new office before the end of their first six months in a role.
