For the majority of candidates, the jobseeking period is truly exhausting. Lengthy assessment centres, serial interview dates and in-depth practical tests can make the process feel painstakingly long.
And while these may be the best methods for recruiters to hone in on the best talent, it isn't the best way to keep candidates engaged and for them to demonstrate their skills sets accurately.
However, one firm have rolled out an innovative style of interviewing to put young talent in touch with career training opportunities. They noted that their younger targeted audience needed a more engaging and unique way to be assessed.

Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) will unleash their ‘Meet ‘n’ Eat’ speed interviewing session at a café next week. The aim of this interviewing style is to host an engaging ‘hassle-free’ environment and to attract young talent to new careers.
