Which industries do growing numbers of employees want to work in?

It seems that professionals are feeling optimistic as 2018 draws to a close with job application rates soaring by 15% last month. 

CV-Library research - which compared figures from October 2018 with those of September 2018 – found that vacancies have risen by 11.6% year on year.

Some of the nation's key sectors saw a noticeable spike in applicant uptake. The hospitality sector say the biggest increase in applications at 33.9%, with design applications rising by 31.6%.

Additionally, the agricultural sector ranked third (25.9%), with construction in fourth (22.3%) and catering in fifth (21%).
