Which universities are your next graduate hires likely to come from?

One of the first things that a hiring manager might look for on a candidate’s CV is their educational history. Things like which university they went to, what degree they completed and what relevant work experience they have undertaken is crucial in understanding if an individual is suitable for a role.

Therefore, new research revealing the top universities for sourcing graduate talent might be of interest for recruiters and hirers thinking of making their own job easier and finding candidates who, according to research, are highly employable.

Lancaster University and the University of Aberdeen ranked joint first with 95.9% of graduates have secured employment up to 12 months of leaving university.

The university of Surrey ranked third (95.5%) with Robert Gordon University in fourth position (94.9%) and 94.3% of Cambridge University graduates being employed within a year of leaving.
