L’Oréal has partnered with Mya Systems – pairing its recruiters with chatbots to help them filter through applications.
Global Cosmetic News reports that the chatbots will help L’Oréal sift through over one million job applications per year.
The announcement comes after L’Oréal found that many applicants don’t receive a reply during the recruitment process. Niilesh Bhoite, Chief Digital Officer for HR at L’Oréal states:
”The results of the first 10,000 recruiting conversations show that Mya engages with 92% of our candidates in an efficient way and achieves a near 100% satisfaction rate."
