A man who claimed to have ADHD has lost a discrimination case against his employer because he may not be legally considered to have a disability - The Lancashire Telegraph reports.
ADHD, or attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, is a developmental disorder which makes it difficult for sufferers to pay attention and control their behavior.
Anthony Hannon, who worked at Organic Insurance in One Cathedral Square, told a Manchester employment tribunal a specialist had diagnosed him with the condition, which meant he was "often misunderstood and branded stupid and dim."
