However, new research has found the average British woman considers quitting her job almost 20 times a year.
The study, conducted by OnePoll and commissioned by the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), found that the average woman contemplates leaving her current employer 17 times a year, although only a minority actually take the plunge.
