Culture Amp roundtable concludes that 'culture needs to be put first'

Yesterday a mixture of HR practitioners from leading organisations met in London to discuss the role of culture in organisational excellence.

At the joint HRGrapevine and Culture Amp event, senior HR practitioners from firms of all sizes, operating in different sectors, came together to discuss the importance of culture in driving business effectiveness.

Nick Matthews, General Manager EMEA, Culture Amp, chaired the session and concluded that as well as many firms now seeing the benefits of putting culture first, there is a growing focus on the changing skillsets and capabilities that HR needs.

He said: “All of the organisations we met today had a real focus on storytelling and data and the new capabilities that HR needs in today’s world.
