Mixed reaction to gender-fluid Director's place on Top Women in Business list

A gender-fluid Director has received a mixed reaction after being named on Financial Times’ Top 100 Women in Business.

Philip/Pippa Bunce, who works as a senior Director, was named on the Financial Times & HERoes Champions in Business list - an annual ranking of 100 company leaders who support women in business.

Pips, as the Director is nicknamed, occasionally dons a wig and a dress to go into work. After receiving the award, Bunce said in a statement:

"I am truly honoured and humbled by this award and am proud of the progress we are making towards all forms of gender diversity & equality."
