BBC, ITV & Sky back plans to double disabled workforce

BBC, ITV and Sky are among firms supporting government plans to double the number of disabled people in work by 2020.

According to Creative Diversity Network (CDN) stats, only 6.8% of people appearing on screen are disabled and only 4.5% of people off screen are disabled.
