Job security isn’t enough for today’s candidates who are willing to move jobs or switch careers to achieve greater satisfaction, according to new research by Cygnet Jobs.
The study found that 57% of UK workers moved companies for greater job satisfaction and 22% said that was because they didn’t feel appreciated for their hard work.
And, with UK workers spending an average of 42 hours per week at work, it is not surprising that 38% have changed careers to seek greater job satisfaction.
