In a job interview, you want your candidate to have the chance to show off their skills. But what if those skills are a little unorthodox?
French marketing agency Dare.Win have decided they want to find the perfect candidate by having a chat over a computer game, the BBC reports.
Hopeful applicants are asked to add Dare.Win on the Playstation Network, which is one of its clients, and then be interviewed while playing the popular hit game Fortnite.

Fortnite, released last year, is actually two different games – one titled ‘Save the World’ in which players work together to survive a devastating storm and a zombie invasion, and one called ‘Battle Royale’ where teams of players battle one another and try to be the last man standing.
