Human advice during the recruitment process is more essential than ever, according to Robert Walters’ eponymous Chief Executive.
In an interview with Sky News, Walters debunked the myths surrounding automation in recruitment wiping out the need for intermediaries.
Recently, there has been scepticism over the industry’s future, with traditional manual recruiting tasks such as scheduling interviews and implementing assessments being automated.

However, Walters reassures that this isn’t the case. “We’re big users of LinkedIn and their extremely useful database – although you have to be a little careful with some of the integrity of the data,” he said.
