Top FTSE100 firms for senior women representation

Diageo Plc has topped the list of FTSE 100 firms with women in senior leadership positions – whilst also boasting a low mean gender pay gap (GPG).

The drinks beverages company has a Boardroom makeup which is 55% women and a mean GPG of 4.1%.

Their proportion of women on the Board is five per cent more than Hargreaves Lansdown Plc, who came second on the Cranfield Female FTSE Board Report 2018.

WhitBread Plc placed third, also having a Boardroom which has 50% women.
